I (and many others) have had a fascination with vintage gay porn for numerous reasons, the main being the obvious, it's fun to look at, but a slightly deeper reason i enjoy it so much is because it is proof to those who discredit us at every turn that yes, we have been here the whole time, the gays aren't something new and we've been around and looking great for a while

i also like to collect these images in an archival sense, the thought of these pictures fading into history to be forgotten makes me sad so I like to use my time and energy to attempt to archive and back up as many as possible, lots of the men depicted had to live their lives in the closet or in fear, and unfortunatley many passed away due to preventable causes, sharing their creations makes me feel as though in some little way I am helping their legacy of queerness live on
